OVER the SHOULDER

Even when I am a passenger in a car I tend to look for the rear view mirror. I guess it's just years of driving at work.

When I started biking again I really avoided roads and was very uncomfortable riding on roads.I still am. But I'm a bit more comfortable now than I used to be; I simply installed a rear view mirror on the left side.

Now I can see what's behind, what's approaching, and what's not there. I didn't think about the "not there" part until after the installation but I have found that it's important. When I glance at the mirror and nothing is there I relax a bit; and that's what it's all about really.

Installation was easy with the provided allen wrench. I do wish that all manufacturers would print the instructions in bigger fonts tho. Some of us are over 25 years old.
