Fishing Creek Circuit Near Gambrill State Park

This is a nice loop on a well-maintained gravel road through some lovely forest. It can be ridden in either direction from the parking by the reservoir. Clockwise attains the shorter but steeper part first. Counter-clockwise is an easier, longer uphill followed by the faster descent. There are some potholes and a few sections of washboard, otherwise the road is in good shape.

Either way watch out for hunters in season.
